Schedule

• Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
• A few weekends per year

Description

• The Outdoorsmans warehouse manager position is for someone with a talent for timeliness, organization, and customer service
• Prior warehouse/logistics experience is strongly preferred, but we have a weakness for a good attitude and eagerness to work with us
• Applicants should be prepared to work with high volume orders on short timelines and be able to solve issues independently
• Learning quickly, followed by training an army of similarly motivated employees will be necessary
• The warehouse manager is vital to the team and maintains the timely fulfillment of Outdoorsmans orders and the organization of inventory
• Other day-to-day responsibilities include restocking product, building packs/tripods, counting inventory, and maintaining a clean/organized space
• Employees who are motivated and seek a larger workload beyond what is expected from the whole team will expand their own role and compensation in this fast-growing company
• We are also expanding into a brand new warehouse, so this employee will likely be involved in assisting the company in the move if they are employed when that time comes

Expectations

• Show up on time
• Always wear closed-toe shoes in building
• Be able to stand for at least 8 hours in a day, sometimes longer
• Be able to lift objects ranging from 20-50 lb, occasionally from the floor or above the head
• Meet output goals and achieve a low order-error rate
• Maintain a high level of efficiency of order progress from receipt to packing to shipping.

Master Cam / CNC Programmer / Machinist

Job Description
Looking for a full-time proficient Master Cam /CNC Mill Programmer/Machinist capable of using Master Cam Mill 3D.

Requirements

• Ability to operate Haas Mills with 4th Axis RoTabs
• Work closely with the design team on new product design, prototyping and production
• Capable of opening up existing CAD files and edit, improve and post existing programs
• 3D printing experience is a plus
• Minimum 3 year of shop experience
• Able to work in Payson, AZ
• Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations

Job Description
Outdoorsmans is growing once again and looking for help in our shipping department. We are looking for someone to assist in our day to day boxing and shipping of orders. This position is part time Monday through Friday and requires a person that takes pride in their work. This is an opportunity to work in the hunting industry and grow with our exciting team.

• Assisting customers with their questions and orders both in person and over the phone
• Shipping and receiving of orders
• Processing of returns and exchanges
• Assisting with completing weekly inventory
• Handling firearms transactions and record keeping
• Staying up to date with Outdoorsmans product knowledge as well as all products Outdoorsmans offers
• The ability to work well with other staff and customers
• Strong communication skills
• Frequently lifting objects weighing 50lbs+
